  • A possible scam alert regarding RSO and

I happened across this the other day and a bunch of red flags went up. I would very much like some others to look into this. Specifications/Claims

    Questions I asked:

Your ad states this is a super critical CO2 extracted concentrate (or absolute), it doesn't look like a CO2 extraction to me. Looks like a FECO (RSO).

Do you have pesticide/mold etc testing certifications?
-said yes, but did not provide evidence. asked for testing results, again, ignored

    Asked about shipping to Canada
    - said no problem shipping to Canada; this I know to be illegal, even industrial hemp products are regulated here same as MMJ

Asked for better photos of product

Asked what their source material was
-ignored, (a little digging on their website reveals they claim to be using industrial hemp, which on the surface makes sense until you look at the price),

    Company Name: HEMPMEDSPX
Operational Address: 12255 CROSTHWAITE CIRCLE, Poway, California, United States
    Website on
    Brent Albin

Now this may all prove to be legit, but on the surface it smells bad. Actually it reeks of predatory sales directed at Cancer patients. My assessment at present is that this is a hemp based full extractions, not a super critical one. With the cheapest source material available being the primary source of CBD, so how can one justify the price they are charging? ($12-$30/g)

Why post this? Because like it or not, this is POTcoins backyard and the community has a responsibility to identify bad actors in this space. MMJ advocates have a tough enough job without bad actors misrepresenting products, charging ridiculous rates (knowing the desperate will pay) and/or are simply ripping people off. All in all I am not sure what to make of this.
